I am a strategic infrastructure & construction consultant for social value, inclusion, culture, & collaboration in multi-disciplinary, complex, project environments. I am also an expert in tendering & procurement for both public & private sector.

I am a strategic infrastructure & construction consultant for social value, inclusion, culture, & collaboration in multi-disciplinary, complex, project environments. I am also an expert in tendering & procurement for both public & private sector.
With nearly 20 years experience in many areas of construction, engineering, and consulting including rail and light rail, road, energy, retail, healthcare, utilities, water, nuclear and defence - I help organisations to level up their social value, inclusion, and workplace culture in order to maximise the commercial opportunities these can bring, and leave positive legacies in communities around the world.
Qualifications
As a Fellow of the Institute for Social Value, I am also a qualified Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner to CMI Level 6 (degree). I am an MSc student of Organisational Psychology and specialise in Leadership.

I am a regular guest speaker at industry events such as London Build Expo and a contributor to trade press such as Construction News. My work in the inclusion space led me to meet HRH Princess Anne in 2021 to celebrate my impact in STEM.
Award Winning
I was recognised as Northern Power Woman 2018 due to my efforts to support hundreds of under-represented groups into construction. I was awarded 'WISE Outstanding Women In Engineering' in 2024 for my contribution to gender parity in engineering. I received the award for 'Social Value Leader' in 2021 for my ongoing achievements to deliver social value across high profile industry projects and frameworks.
